The authentic Norman Tool RCA Abrasion Wear Tester is used to test surfaces for resistance to abrasion and wear. Good for use on painted or plated organic finishes, foil, and inked keypad lettering and pad printing. It uses an inexpensive roll of abrasive paper that can be recycled with standard paper.
The RCA Abrader© is widely used as a standard in the electronics industry for silicone keypad and membrane switch manufacturers as well as lettering and barcode print on product labels. This abrader is used as a standard to the auto, appliance, cell phone, plastics, product labels and coating industries.

The Norman Tool RCA Abrasion Wear Tester is warranted against failure due to materials and/or workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from date of delivery. Norman Tool, Inc. has continuously manufactured this tester since 1964.
